There will be NO SPAM!!  I won't write you monthly to let you know my puppy learned a new trick, or to send you the latest chain letter on getting your kidneys stolen.   I dont even have time to write my own family and friends when my kids learn trig at age 7.  You are safe!!  (okay, They dont know trig at age 7, but the 3 year old can use the DVR remote control to pause live TV!! )

If you want Mystery Shop/Merchandising ONLY, then write MSM  UPDATES in the subject line.

 

If you want BOTH then write UPDATES in the subject line.
